Website terms
These terms cover reading litarfun.com, interpreting the Litarfun presentation and preparing an enquiry. The website describes a business model and the information useful before choosing a scope. It is not a live customer portal, payment checkout or automatic booking system. A specific agreement needs the actual parties, deliverables, price and method of performance. General descriptions do not establish availability for a particular request.
Version: 12 October 2026. Read these terms with the relevant service description, privacy notice and cookie information. The brand and domain do not substitute for the legal operator’s full identity. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where relevant; this text is not an agreement to waive them.
Illustrations, external links and site operation
Photographs illustrate the subject and intended visual direction. They do not establish ownership of a particular venue, completed work, product stock, an employee’s identity or documentary proof of an event. Confirm any property or feature important to your decision with the actual operator. Presentation details may be refined when the real operational scope is settled.
External destinations have their own terms and privacy information. Maintenance, browser settings or connectivity can affect access; this website does not claim continuous availability or an unverified service-level guarantee. This explanation does not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law prevents the parties from excluding.
Changes, cancellation and consumer protection
Before an agreement, clarify postponement, cancellation, missed attendance, return, withdrawal and termination arrangements appropriate to the service. A repair, event, mentoring programme and retail order have different fulfilment questions. No blanket non-refundable charge or universal cooling-off promise is established by this website. The applicable Malaysian rules and the actual transaction must be considered together.
Where consumer protection applies, agreement wording does not remove protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not treat a request for a date change as permission to alter every other commitment. Keep the revised scope and identify what happens to amounts paid, materials supplied and work already authorised.
Inspection and authorisation
Diagnosis and repair are separate stages. Confirm any inspection fee, model, symptoms, supplied accessories and permitted access before handing over equipment. The estimate should distinguish parts, labour and any work excluded. Additional faults or substitutions require an updated decision; asking for advice does not authorise every repair. An image of equipment does not identify the actual condition of your device.
Data, parts and collection
Back up accessible data where possible and discuss whether access to saved content is necessary. Do not send account passwords in an initial message. Confirm replaced-parts handling, collection arrangements and the scope of any repair warranty in the service record. A repair does not automatically include manufacturer authorisation or warranty coverage. Gaming PCs, console HDMI ports, controllers and cooling systems need fault-specific scope rather than one universal repair promise.
Concerns and complaint records
A useful concern identifies the agreed scope, relevant date, reference if one exists, what differs and the remedy requested. Keep confirmations and relevant evidence. Avoid including unrelated people’s private data. The appropriate recipient follows the contracting party and its role, not simply the appearance of a third-party name in an article or product description.
The operator must use arrangements appropriate to the real service and applicable law. This presentation does not invent a guaranteed response time, replace statutory obligations or require a customer to abandon available remedies. Malaysian consumer complaints and eligible claims may be directed to the relevant official channels, including KPDN or the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where their jurisdiction applies.
Version changes and operator details
A new version should identify its date and relevant scope. Editing the website does not automatically amend an existing service agreement or add charges to an accepted order. Retain the terms and correspondence applicable to your own arrangement and agree changes with the responsible party.
Before public operation, the legal identity, working address, telephone and communication channels need confirmation, together with the actual delivery and transaction terms. This document does not represent a connected booking or payment service. Personal-data questions and browser controls are explained separately so they remain distinct from commercial commitments.
Enquiries and confirmation
A message through a separately confirmed channel begins a discussion; it does not automatically place an order. Confirm the operator, scope, date, location or delivery method, charges and change arrangements before committing. Keep the agreed response in a form you can refer to. A photograph, general proposal or unverified payment request is not adequate confirmation of a transaction.
Where further information is requested, establish its purpose and recipient. Revisions should explain which parts of the earlier proposal have changed. Silence, browsing or dismissing the cookie panel does not mean acceptance of an individual quote or authorisation of additional work.
Charges, schedules and availability
The agreed quote should identify currency, applicable taxes, delivery or venue charges, inspection or participation fees where relevant and any payment schedule. A scope-dependent figure is not a final price until the assumptions are understood. Dates, capacity, products, equipment or contributor availability need confirmation for the specific arrangement.
Changed requirements may affect the quote or timing, but a preliminary discussion does not authorise every additional charge. This version has no payment-card collection, online checkout or recurring billing. A future subscription, membership or account needs its own operational terms, including start, renewal, cancellation and the party actually collecting payment.
Content rights and responsible use
Brand assets, writing, images, project files and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. References to games, platforms, publishers or manufacturers identify a subject; they do not establish a sponsorship, authorised dealership or partnership. Reading information to make a decision differs from republishing a copy, using a third-party mark or distributing someone else’s software.
Do not attempt unauthorised access to the editor, records or hosting infrastructure. Do not send malicious files, spam or restricted material without permission. Sharing a file for discussion does not automatically transfer ownership or grant public-use rights. A specific licence, confidentiality arrangement or content permission belongs in the relevant agreement.
